A Florida man is being held by authorities on accusations that he abused a two-month-old child, which resulted in the child sustaining brain damage. If you or someone you love has been the victim of a brain injury, contact the New Jersey brain damage lawyers of Levinson Axelrod, P.A. today by calling 800-346-5529.

The two-month-old required hospitalization after suffering two broken legs and a brain damage. The 19-year-old was taking care of his girlfriend’s child when a visitor noticed the child’s injuries. The child was taken to Parrish Medical Center in Titusville, and was then flown to another hospital for further treatment. The child is expected to survive.
