Infant Suffers from Brain Injury

Posted on Friday, December 18th, 2009 at 9:07 am

A Florida man was arrested Dec. 9 after a 2-month-old baby, who was left in his care, suffered two broken legs and brain injury. If you or someone you love has been a victim of brain injury, the New Jersey brain injury lawyers of Levinson Axelrod may be able to help you get the compensation you deserve.

The 19-year-old man in custody has been charged with aggravated child abuse and child neglect. The charges were brought upon him after someone else came home, noticed the child’s injuries, and brought the baby to the hospital.

The child is expected to survive.
